Romesh Ranganathan: Irrational

Tickets go on sale this Saturday as The Edinburgh Festival favourite and TV funny man comes to the Forum in December

Romesh Ranganathan is back on the live circuit with a brand new show exploring the rationality of his worldview.  ‘Irrational’ will see Romesh examine the issues close to his heart, and explains why everybody else is wrong about them.

Having only made his debut on the comedy circuit in 2010, Romesh has fitted a lot in to the past six years. 2013 and 2014 saw him make a huge impact at the Edinburgh Festival where he had two critically acclaimed shows, ‘Rom Wasn’t Built In A Day’ and ‘Rom Com’ earning him the awards ‘Best Newcomer’ and ‘Best Show’. He has come a long way since quitting his career as a maths teacher.

Romesh is quickly becoming a household name with his appearances on BBC1’s ‘Live At The Apollo’, ‘Jack Dee’s HelpDesk’, ‘Have I Got News For You’, BBC2’s ‘Mock The Week’, ‘The Apprentice: You’re Fired’, ITV1’s ‘Play To The Whistle’, ‘The Royal Variety Performance’, ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’, Channel 4’s ‘Alan Carr Chatty Man’, Sky1’s ‘A League Of Their Own’ and Dave’s ‘Taskmaster’ and not to mention his own TV series which was aired on BBC3, ‘Asian Provocateur’.
