Susie Blue

Local artist Susie Blue will unveil the music video for ‘Guess the end’, her latest single at Bennigans Bar this Friday Night.

The local band have been gaining momentum over the past few years, performing at some of the finest festivals in Northern Ireland and are currently setting themselves up for a busy few months ahead as they aim to get their new music out there to the masses.
Support on the night comes from For Foresters, a Donegal based band who have been on the road themselves, touring the length and breadth of the country.
We caught up with Susie Blue for a quick fire interview round on what we can expect from the video release and her plans for the band this year.

What would you say are your musical influences and inspiration?
Real life experiences and the people in my life inspire me.

What can we expect from the music video?
The song is about a hard time in my life and a bad experience with a relationship. The music video has a really lo-fi, red light, hand-held feel

What was your inspiration for the video?
The video was inspired by the song really, I wanted to show how much emotion is in the song and dance and movements between two people seemed to be the way to do that.

Is there an EP or album release on the cards for this year?
Yes there will be a release of a few new songs along with a tour this summer.

What are your plans for 2016?
Touring is our main focus as a band, we want to reach as many people as possible.
